Overview
Overview
In the 3rd edition of Bodhi Day, founders from Pivot’s acceleration programs will engage in a focused conversation with Ameeth Devadas, Co-founder of Timeswap Labs and a product thinker with deep roots in both DeFi and institutional finance.
Having built across traditional banking, deal origination platforms, and decentralized protocols, Ameeth offers a grounded perspective on how to design and grow Web3 products that balance innovation with practical utility.
This session will provide our founders on what it really takes to build sustainable token-powered models, align product incentives with real users, and avoid the early-stage pitfalls that slow down many Web3 startups — helping founders shape products that can scale responsibly and endure market shifts.
Some areas we would discuss about
Designing token-powered products that withstand market cycles
Structuring DeFi mechanisms with real user alignment
Understanding institutional mindset vs. Web3-native growth
Balancing protocol innovation with product simplicity
Lessons from building in DeFi without relying on incentives
Responsible scaling in early-stage product development
Avoiding common traps in token design and lending models
Translating traditional finance principles into Web3 use cases
Strengthening GTM strategies for long-term adoption
